Do plants have feelings? A prolific horror writer, Eric Shapiro has crafted a tense and fast-paced film set around a dining table and the politics of food. Rhoda Jordan and Ben Siegler, a liberal yogini and her more conservative father-in-law, square off on veganism vs. meat-eating, in a PETA-endorsed narrative.
The most original, groundbreaking sitcom to ever hit television is back with a whole new level of hilarity and outrageousness! Join Adam (Adam Green), Joe (Joe Lynch), Laura (Laura Ortiz), Corri (Corri English), Oderus Urungus (Dave Brockie), and Lance Rockett (Dee Snider) as they deal with zombies, werewolves, a suicidal horror icon, a cursed videotape, a psychotic 11-year-old girl and so much more!

Hunted by assassins, the knights venture into the forbidden Valley of Black Death where they discover something even more terrifying than the plague and the ruthless killers hot on their trail. The banned valley has become home to the undead. Overrun by hordes of flesh-eating zombies, their only chance for survival is a mysterious maiden who can guide them out.
The magical, mythical adventures of teenager Percy Jackson -- son of the Greek god Poseidon -- continue in this heroic, action-packed thrill ride! Out to prove he's not just a 'one-quest wonder,' Percy and his demigod friends embark on an epic, cross-country journey into the treacherous Sea of Monsters, where they battle terrifying creatures, an army of zombies, and the ultimate evil.
Six ambitious forensic undergrads are pitted against one another on a scientific expedition to a remote island, vying to win an esteemed trainee position with the FBI. Unbeknownst to everyone, the site was formerly used as an illegal biological testing ground for life-term criminals who were left for dead. Now, before the undergrads even begin their experiments, the zombie criminal convicts are systematically hunting them down and what started as a fight for an esteemed career in the FBI has become each student's fight for his very life.
Two films by masters of horror: Zombie Lake, directed by Jean Rollin, and Jess Franco's Oasis of the Zombies. Both of these cult horror classics come to Blu-ray and DVD mastered in HD from the archival negatives.
DVD Review WAR OF THE DEAD (BLU-RAY)
This sure seems like an interesting, shockingly original take on the soon-to-be-tired zombie film, but my gut tells me that there won't be much here to like.
In post-zombie England, a botched robbery leads a motley crew of thieves into an apocalyptic battle with a zombie horde. When one man sees the dead rising from the grave, another sees opportunity. Q had a nice, simple plan: drive the robbery getaway van, deliver everyone to the safe house and get paid.
In this high-voltage Japanese gore-comedy, a medieval Book of the Dead is discovered in the catacombs that run under a small town strip club. When one of the desperate strippers unwittingly raises an army of the undead, the rest of girls are forced to kick some zombie ass to save the world. Campy, raucous crowd-pleaser that is definitely not for the whole family...
the much anticipated next chapter to the acclaimed post zombie apocalypse series. When we last left, the characters were in the midst of a high-intensity struggle to survive, fleeing the CDC as it burst into flames. In Season 2, they are still fighting zombies, and each other, facing more threats and obstacles than ever before.
Set in a chilling postapocalyptic Reno, Nevada, and follows the survivors of a bizarre accident that reduced most of the world's population to zombies. The group takes refuge in a vacant casino and fights a losing battle against the undead, who grow steadily stronger, smarter and more aggressive by the minute. The movie stars Grant Bowler, Lance Reddick, Miko Hughes, Evalena Marie, Tawny Cypress and Anthony Marks.
DVD Review THE NEW YORK RIPPER
Italian exploitation master took a step away from the supernatural for this rather standard (relatively speaking) serial killer flick. He didn't, however, tone down on the sex, violence, and, most importantly, gore.
Directed by Antti Jokinen and co-starring Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hammer screen legend Christopher Lee, The Resident is a tense and terrifying shocker, a story of being in danger where we should feel safest ...our own home.
Brings to life the fascinating history of some of the most successful and beloved shows in television. Stars such as James Garner, William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, Nichelle Nichols, Angie Dickinson, Bill Cosby, Robert Culp, Stefanie Powers, Martin Landau, Peter Graves, Robert Conrad, Linda Evans, Mike Connors, Fess Parker and writer Stephen J. Cannell are among those interviewed whose imprint on the iconic genres they helped create still impact the medium today.
...breathes new life into the zombie genre as it unfolds a post-apocalyptic saga that follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln, Love Actually), who searches for a safe haven and, hopefully, a new home, far from the undead that now roam the earth hungry for human flesh. Each episode explores the challenges of life in a world overrun by zombies, and the toll it takes on the survivors who now find themselves going to extremes just to see another day.
