In the Seventies, Pete Malloy (Martin Milner) and Jim Reed (Kent McCord), two intrepid police officers guarded the streets of Los Angeles in the iconic police drama Adam-12. Season Three offers more drama and excitement as the officers fight crime alongside Academy Award®-winning actresses Jodie Foster and Margaret O'Brien as well as other notable guest stars such as comedian Norm Cosby and child actor Butch Patrick (The Munsters).
Created and produced by Jack Webb, Adam-12 was a spin-off of the popular NBC-TV series Dragnet and similarly portrayed incidents and situations that were based on real LAPD cases. Brimming with gritty realism, the groundbreaking show was one of the first realistic portrayals of LAPD life to air for seven seasons on NBC from 1968–1975.
