Three female assassins have 24 hours to complete their mind bending mission in the City of Angels. Nate "Hitman" Collins (Miguel A. Nunez Jr.), a Los Angeles hitman for hire, assigns his three beautiful female assistants - Dixie (Noelle Perris), Angel (Avnit Gordon), and Jazzy (Tamara Mitchell) - to kill the notorious mob boss from the Las Vegas Mexican mafia Carlos Enriquez (Emilio Roso). The assignment comes over a dispute from a recent poker game.

The women soon discover that Enriquez is the most ruthless target they have ever encountered... They get caught and become hostages. Enriquez convinces the women that their employer actually lost the poker game and owes him three million dollars. He explains to them it was a lie and turns the tables, thus sending Dixie and Angel to kill Collins and bring back the money.

The women have 24 hours to complete the mission, or Jazzy - the remaining hostage - will be killed. It's a constant game of cat and mouse as the situation continually changes.
