One's street-smart and blue-collar born; the other's book smart and nouveau bankrupt. Together, as unlikely roommates and even more unlikely friends, Max and Caroline are two broke girls waiting tables in a Brooklyn diner while amassing the startup money it takes to launch a cupcake business. 2 Broke Girls -- which also stars Garrett Morris (Saturday Night Live), Jonathan Kite (I'm in the Band) and Matthew Moy (Scrubs) -- was co-created by King, who serves as executive producer, and comedian Whitney Cummings (Whitney). The series is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with MPK Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
